This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions to ezhumanizer.ai (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms of Service and outlines your rights and our refund practices regarding subscription purchases.
Our Basic (Free) plan lets you try the core Service at no cost, including a daily word quota. We encourage you to use the free plan to evaluate the Service before purchasing a paid subscription.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
This guarantee applies once per customer and covers your first paid subscription only. It does not apply to renewals (see Section 3) or to repeat or successive purchases.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings to prevent the next renewal. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
Charges for automatic renewals are generally non-refundable, except as described in Section 4 or where required by law. To avoid being charged for a renewal, please cancel before your renewal date.
For annual plans, if you cancel after the 30-day money-back window, you may request a prorated refund for the unused, full remaining months of your subscription term. The prorated amount is calculated from the date we receive your refund request, and any used portion of the term is non-refundable.
To request a refund, contact us from the email address associated with your account and include:
Your account email,
The plan you purchased, and
The reason for your request (optional, but it helps us improve).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, PAYMENT PROCESSOR e.g., Stripe / Paddle.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Once a refund is processed, any associated paid features and increased quotas are removed and your account reverts to the free plan.
Refunds may be declined in cases including:
Requests made after the applicable refund window, except for prorated annual refunds as described above.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions, including abuse, fraud, or prohibited use.
Evidence of abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding).
Charges disputed through a chargeback without first contacting us. We ask that you reach out to us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
The Service rewrites text to sound more natural, and detection outcomes vary and are outside our control. We do not provide refunds solely on the basis that Output did not pass, evade, or achieve a particular result on any AI-detection or plagiarism tool. We do, however, stand behind the Service through our 30-day money-back guarantee above.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
