You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
ezHumanizer is an AI humanizer that rewrites and refines text you submit ("Input") into more natural, human-like writing ("Output").
Depending on your plan, the Service may include Basic and Advanced modes, browser extensions, multilingual support, history, and other features described on our Pricing page.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features, usage limits, and quotas at any time.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate account information.
Keeping your login credentials secure.
All activity that occurs under your account.
You may not share, transfer, or sell your account without our written permission. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
ezHumanizer offers both free and paid plans.
The Free plan includes limited daily usage, while paid plans provide higher limits and additional features as described on our Pricing page.
Unused daily limits do not carry over, and plan features may change from time to time.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Create or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content.
Submit content you do not have the right to use.
Misrepresent authorship where doing so violates the rules or policies of an institution, employer, publisher, or platform.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access restrictions.
Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the Service without our written permission.
You are responsible for how you use both your Input and Output.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ezHumanizer is designed to improve the quality, readability, and natural flow of AI-generated text.
Because AI detection systems, plagiarism checkers, and similar technologies continuously evolve, we do not guarantee any specific detection result or outcome.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all Output before using, publishing, or submitting it.
You retain ownership of your Input and Output to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You grant us a limited license to process your Input solely to provide the Service.
We do not use your Input or Output to train our AI models.
Content history and retention are managed as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, technology, branding, design, and content, is owned by ezHumanizer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance through Paddle.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your paid plan at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
The Service may integrate with third party providers, including payment processors and sign in services.
We are not responsible for the content, services, or policies of third parties.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error free operation, or that the Service or Output will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ezHumanizer and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the previous 12 months or USD $50, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ezHumanizer and its affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other lawful reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, while provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated Last updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ezHumanizer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
