These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ezHumanizer ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website, applications, browser extension, and related services, collectively referred to as the "Service."
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
ezHumanizer is a writing tool that rewrites and rephrases text you submit ("Input") to produce more natural, human-sounding output ("Output"). The Service offers multiple modes (Standard, Advanced, and Bypass), multi-language support, a browser extension, and history features depending on your plan.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also impose or adjust usage limits, including daily quotas and per-submission word limits, which vary by plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account without our consent.
The Service is offered through a free tier and paid subscription plans:
Basic (Free): daily quota of 250 words and up to 500 words per submission, with 3-day history.
Paid plans: increased daily quotas, higher per-submission limits, 30-day history, diff view, browser extension, priority queue, and other features as described on our Pricing page.
Quotas, limits, and feature availability are described on the Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Unused quota does not roll over.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Create, process, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
Submit content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
Misrepresent authorship in any context where doing so violates applicable laws, contracts, or the rules of an institution, employer, publisher, or platform including but not limited to academic integrity policies.
Impersonate any person or entity, or engage in deception or fraud.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or usage limits, or attempt to access the Service through unauthorized means (including scraping, bots, or automated extraction).
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our models or source code.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
You are solely responsible for how you use the Output and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws, rules, and policies that apply to you. ezHumanizer is a tool; you decide how the output is used and where it is submitted.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
The Service is designed to produce natural-sounding writing, and its Bypass mode is built with common AI detectors in mind. However, AI-detection tools and their results vary and change constantly. We do not guarantee that any Output will pass, evade, or achieve any particular result on any AI-detection tool, plagiarism checker, or similar system. Detection outcomes are outside our control, and we are not responsible for any decision, grade, penalty, or consequence resulting from your use of the Output.
You retain ownership of the Input you submit and the Output you receive, to the extent you have rights in them.
You grant us a limited license to process your Input solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not use your Input or Output to train our models.
You are responsible for backing up your own content; history features are subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, and underlying technology, is owned by ezHumanizer and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, PAYMENT PROCESSOR e.g., Stripe / Paddle.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of your current paid period.
Prices may change; we will give advance notice of changes that affect your renewal.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, sign-in providers, and platforms supported by our browser extension). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Output will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ezHumanizer and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ezHumanizer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ezHumanizer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
